I recently caught up with local artist Apollo Mighty and Miranda Rae Mayo of Chicago Fire.
Apollo Mighty is a Chicago-based R&B/Soul singer-songwriter. With hundreds of thousands of streams on Spotify, Apollo is gearing up for the release of his latest EP, which was released September 25th. The lead single "Arrival" from his EP will be the music debut for NBC Chicago Fire's Miranda Rae Mayo. Miranda is featured on the song. Check out a sneak peek here
Behavior features a diverse assortment of soulful contemporary R&B tracks. Apollo’s music is an extension of his past experiences. He is a proud advocate of the LGBTQIA community and the Black Lives Matter movement. His lyrics are centered around his personal evolution amongst the continually evolving world. Apollo wants to use his platform to bring awareness to important foundations, such as the Black Mental Wellness Corporation.
In conjunction of the release, he will be doing a IGTV LIVE series talking to celebrities, influencers and creatives asking them "What their 2020 behaviour is, in this world at this moment" #Behaviour2020.
