Check out these fall festivals heading to the Chicago area!
Fall On The Green: A free, Oak Lawn festival from Sept. 10-12.The event will feature a beer tent, art and plenty of activities for children. Organizers will provide a free shuttle from the Metra tower to 95th Street and Cook Avenue.
Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest: Elmhurst History Museum hosts the800 person festival over 40 brewers offering 100 beers and ciders for tasting. The fest was cancelled last year but will now come back on Sept. 18. Tickets range in price from$40 to $65, with a $20 option for designated drivers.
Downers Grove Oktoberfest: Lead singer of Skid Row Sebastian Bach will headline Oktoberfest on Sept. 17-18 at the Main Street train station. The event also celebrates German culture through polka music and, of course, beer. Tickets to see Sebastian Bach will be $25 while a general admission ticket to the festival is$15 and includes a beer stein.
Naperville Music Festival: With national favorites like Vanilla Ice, Smash Mouth and Color Me Badd, Naperville's Sept. 25-26 music festival is expected to draw large crowds to Naper Settlement. Bars and food will also be on site for ticket holders who pay the $59 general admission fee.
