Miley Cyrus performed topless on NYE, but it wasn't intentional...oopsies.
The powerhouse singer experienced a wardrobe malfunction during her “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party,” which aired live from Miami on Dec. 31, but handled the snafu like a consummate pro.
As she started to sing her anthem, “Party in the U.S.A.,” Cyrus sashayed toward the front of the stage, already aware that something wasn’t right as she clutched a piece of of her teeny, shimmery top with her left hand.
“All right,” she semi-laughed mid-lyric, quickly spinning around and continuing to swing her hips as she strode toward the back of the stage with one hand clasping the material (the song starts at the 43:30 mark; the special is streaming on Peacock). Still singing, Cyrus – with the aid of her backup singers – barely missed a lyric before returning wearing an oversized red jacket with nothing underneath.
